welcoming the autumn virtual class, 30 September 8-9pm (BST)
I love the shift from summer into the autumn, how about you? This time feels constantly in motion - whirling winds, leaves falling, changes of scenery, new landscapes. The seasons reflect the change of energy pathways in our bodies during these times too.
I also love this photo of two dancing youth in the Panhandle, just off Golden Gate Park, a stone’s throw from the Haight Ashbury, it captures so much movement, energy, rapture. I’ve been fortunate to travel to San Francisco over the years and always love to see (feel, smell, and touch!) the falling eucalyptus leaves under my feet. I wonder who these people were, what their lives were like, enjoying and making time for movement.
